The "pay per mile" taxes is a problem that's been rampant in states across the United States. Basically, state governments are using taxes on vehicles to generate revenue. But instead of using this revenue to improve the roads or support other important public programs, states are using it to fund wasteful spending projects like tourist attractions.

More toll roads are coming to your state, be prepared as states begin to convert highway, roads and street into toll lanes. You will have to pay for every mile driven.
