Chevrolet launched the celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary in spectacular fashion at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway with the all-new Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X — a mind-blowing 1,250-horsepower electrified American hypercar.

To mark the occasion, Chevrolet Corvette Chassis Development Engineer Cody Bulkley drove the ZR1X to extinguish 250 candles on a massive 189-foot-long cake, combining horsepower and patriotism in one unforgettable display.

The Corvette ZR1X pairs a twin-turbocharged V8 with the electrified front motor system from the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray to create one of the most extreme performance Corvettes ever built.

he Midwest Automotive Media Association (MAMA) Spring Rally 2026 returned to the legendary Road America in Elkhart Lake with one of the biggest automotive media events of the year.

This year's Spring Rally featured 76 vehicles from 27 manufacturers, giving automotive journalists, broadcasters, photographers, content creators, and industry professionals the opportunity to experience everything from track sessions and scenic road drives to off-road courses and autocross challenges.

After one of the wettest events in recent memory, MAMA Spring Rally 2026 delivered an action-packed experience with track driving, off-road adventures, street drives around scenic Wisconsin roads, karting, autocross, and the iconic "4 Miles of Fitness" experience around Road America.
New for 2026: attendees also tested the latest Can-Am UTVs on newly developed off-road trails.

The annual MAMA Favorites awards once again highlighted standout vehicles across multiple categories and encouraged extensive media coverage from automotive journalists and creators.
